As this is essential for the provision of the relevant services, failure to consent may result in restricted service availability.
1. Party Accessing Personal Information from Overseas

- Method: Personnel at the overseas subsidiary will remotely access personal information stored on servers in Korea to view and process it.
* This overseas access does not involve transferring personal information to be stored on overseas servers. Rather, personnel at the overseas subsidiary remotely connect to servers located in the Republic of Korea to view and process the personal information stored there, solely for the purpose of performing their duties.
2. Personal Information Items Accessed from Overseas
All personal information provided by the data subject through each page (Contact Us, Sample Order, Warranty).

3. Purpose of Overseas Access to Personal Information
The Company accesses and uses personal information from overseas only within the scope of the following purposes:
- Responding to and addressing inquiries
- Receiving sample requests and handling related dispatch work
- Receiving and processing claims related to products or services (warranty, defects, etc.)
4. Timing and Method of Overseas Access
- Timing: During the processing period after the data subject submits an inquiry, sample request, or claim
- Method: Personnel at the overseas subsidiary access Korean servers to view and process the information
5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information accessed and used from overseas shall be retained and used until the processing purpose is achieved, until the data subject withdraws consent, or until the retention period prescribed by the relevant laws and regulations expires.
6. Disadvantages of Refusing Consent
The data subject has the right to refuse consent to the overseas access of personal information. However, as this overseas access is an unavoidable procedure required for responding to inquiries, dispatching samples, and processing claims, refusal to consent may restrict the provision of the relevant services.
7. Withdrawal of Consent and Contact
The data subject may withdraw consent to the overseas access of personal information at any time. Withdrawal of consent or related inquiries may be requested through the department below:
